Thunderbird District Fishing Rodeo 2019
What is it? The Thunderbird District Fishing Tournament is an event in which Cub Scouts, Webelos, Scouts, and Siblings compete for various prizes within their divisions. This is a weigh and release fishing rodeo. You may keep fish that are in season and of legal size.
When & Where? May 11, 2019. This event will be held at Homestead Bayfront Park, 9698 SW 328 St.
Homestead, Fl. 33033.
Time? 8:00 am Registration; 8:30 am Tournament Begins; 11:30 am – Final Weight In.
Cost? All Scouts & Siblings – $10.00.
Early Bird Registration on or before May 7, 2019
Late Registration – $ 15.00 after May 7th until May 10th, at Noon.
All Walk Ins are $ 15 at the event.
Refund? Refunds are not available, but fees are transferable to another Scout.
Supervision? All Scouts must have two- deep leadership in accordance with Youth Protection guidelines. Lions and Tigers MUST have a parent present.
Food? Your registration includes lunch.
Awards; Awards will be presented
What to bring? Water bottle, water, fishing pole, hat, and camp chair.
Bait is included in the registration fee.
Weather? This is a “rain or shine” event.
