The Sol Leiman -2025 Merit Badge College- December 6-7, 2025

10.29.25–Dear Scouters,

We wanted to inform you of an important update regarding the Merit Badge College event originally scheduled for December 13–14, 2025 at St. Thomas University. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, St. Thomas University will no longer be available to host us on those dates.

After exploring several alternatives with the University and others, we are pleased to announce that we were able to secure St. Thomas University for December 6-7, 2025. We believe this new date will allow us to provide the same great program and opportunities for our Scouts.

We understand that you have already registered and committed to the previous date and that this new date might not work for everyone. If you are unable to attend on the new dates, we completely understand. You may request to cancel your registration, and refunds will be issued once the registration process is finalized. All participants registered prior to this date have been notified,.

Additionally, you may have Scouts who may now be able to attend due to the new date and we can complete exchanges for Scouts that you may need to drop. To help with the changes, we have extended Early Bird registration pricing until November 7th. If you need assistance swapping youth or canceling registrations, please contact Jeanine Kinsey at .

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility. We look forward to seeing everyone in December for another successful Merit Badge College!

What: Merit Badge College is an opportunity for all Boy Scouts to meet with qualified counselors and

earn merit badges needed for advancement towards ranks including required badges for Eagle Scout.
