Get ready for an exciting day at the South Florida Council Pinewood Derby! Register your racer now and be part of the action at Camp Elmore in Davie!

Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, February 28, 2027
• Location: Camp Elmore, Davie, FL
• Doors Open: 8:30 AM
• First Race Starts: 9:15 AM

Ticket Pricing:

• Early Bird Registration:$13 per racer (Register by February TBA )
• Standard Registration:$18 per racer (Starting February TBA)
• All registration online closes on February TBA

** Free Cut Date on 

Saturday, January TBA  from 9 AM-1 PM and 

Monday, February  TBA 6:30 PM-8:30 PM 

 

Car Turn In:

Saturday, February TBA  , 9 AM – 12 PM and 5 PM – 7 PM

Important Notes for Participants:

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure you are prepared for the races.
• Be prepared to stand during the event. You may want to bring a chair to sit while waiting for races.
• Sun protection is highly recommended! Bring sunblock, hats, or any other gear you may need to stay comfortable.
• O-Shot-Caw Lodge – Heron Grill will be open, offering lunch, snacks, and refreshments for purchase throughout the event.
