2027 OA Fall Ordeal

OA – O-Shot-Caw Lodge       2027 Fall Ordeal

The 2026 Fall Ordeal will take place at Camp Elmore –Sept 17-19, 2027

 

The event is open to all invited -Current Dues Paid Members of the O-Shot-Caw Lodge – Scouting America,

and to all newly elected OA Candidates that have been advised they may register and have been invited to attend their Ordeal.

This is a Camping Weekend experience, The OA Lodge and our OA Members provide Cheerful Service to our

Council Camps and gather to share Fellowship multiple times a year.

 

All Ordeal Candidates (youth and adults) attending their FIRST Ordeal MUST attend and camp ALL WEEKEND.

All youth OA Members (Under 21 Years old) MUST Camp ALL weekend onsite at ALL OA Events

All WEEKEND- means all days and all times during the event and until it is over- No exceptions.

Ordeal Weekends typically begin after 5 PM on Fridays and end approximately Noon to 1 PM on Sunday.

 

Information – packing list- participant expectations- etc.  will be sent out to all Ordeal Candidates prior to the Weekend Ordeal

once all online registration has ended to the e-mail address that was used to register.

Registrations MUST occur timely in order for the OA Lodge Cook Team, and the Registration Team- OA Lodge Membership Team

to adequately prepare for all expected participants arrival and participation for OA events. An economical Early Bird Price

is offered to allow for ALL persons to be able to register timely at a reduced price. An INCREASED Regular Registration Price will apply to

all paying after the Early Bird Registration has expired and has closed online on  September 6th at 11 PM , and that price will be available until Regular Registration closes online on September 13th at 11 PM.

ALL Online Registration CLOSES Online on September 13, 2026 at 11 PM.

After Online Registration closes online we cannot guarantee any availability– You may contact to confirm if you may still become

registered to attend this event, and if so, what the the Increased LATE FEE may be if you can be included- if this option is still available.

 

Attendance at ALL OA Events requires a current BSA Type A and B Medical Form to be presented upon your ARRIVAL

(unexpired copy – signed within 12 months is acceptable)

If you register and later decide you cannot attend- –Registration for this event possibly MAY BE TRANSFERRED

to another ELIGIBLE MEMBER OR CANDIDATE if is notified 48 hours prior

If this is your first Ordeal– your Annual OA Lodge Dues are included in your Ordeal Registration payment for this calendar year. through December 31st.

There is NO Refund of any fees paid for ANY Cancellations or for any NO Shows for any OA Events.

Fees paid may ONLY be possibly transferred to a future OA Event for the same person registered- if is

notified 48 hours prior to the start time and date of any OA event and the reason for requesting the transfer gets approved.
