South Florida Council Pinewood Derby – sponsored by the – Pheonix District

Get ready for an exciting day at the South Florida Council Pinewood Derby! Register your racer now and be part of the action at Camp Elmore in Davie!

Event Details:

• Date: Sunday, February 23, 2025
• Location: Camp Elmore, Davie, FL
• Doors Open: 9:00 AM
• First Race Starts: 9:30 AM

Ticket Pricing:

• Early Bird Registration: $13 per racer (Register by February 10th)
• Standard Registration: $18 per racer (Starting February 11th)

** Free Cut Date on Wednesday, January 29^th from 5-8 PM. See flyers for details**

 

Car Turn In:

Wednesday, February 19th , 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Refunds are not available. However, a substitute racer from the same pack is allowed.

Important Notes for Participants:

• Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to ensure you are prepared for the races.
• Be prepared to stand during the event. You may want to bring a chair to sit while waiting for races.
• Sun protection is highly recommended! Bring sunblock, hats, or any other gear you may need to stay comfortable.
• O-Shot-Caw Lodge – Heron Grill will be open, offering lunch, snacks, and refreshments for purchase throughout the event.
