The Silver Beaver Award recognizes currently registered BSA Volunteers for outstanding service beyond their Unit and beyond their District.
If volunteers only have service in the District, they should be recognized within the District at the District Recognition Dinners.
If they did service only in their Unit- then please help their Unit Leadership recognize them at their Unit Level Events.
