Exhibitor attendance at this South Florida Council – Summer Camp Trade Show is open to all BSA Scouting America -Councils

invited by the South Florida Council to attend and present their Councils Summer Camp, Trek or Long Term Camping opportunity to our Units.

Attendance at this event by any Council includes their agreement that their Council will offer our South Florida Council Units their

In Council Rates to attend their summer camp. This helps our traveling Units offset their increased travel expenses to travel to your camp.

Event is Rain or Shine – the Show  takes place in our Scout Camp under pavilions or large tents.

We provide each attending Council Camp exhibitor a six ft table under overhead cover

in a shared space, and each location has access to electricity and nearby restrooms.

Lunch will be provided to your table based on the headcount provided to us.

Councils should plan to bring any supplies for their Councils table, including:

Displays, brochures, signage, camp specific information, trinkets, candy,

promotional give away items. Many attending camps will run a drawing for

ONE free week of Summer Camp for One South Florida Council Scout for this upcoming summer.

Exhibitor Set up -of your tables/booth is from 8:30 AM-10:30 AM on Sunday, October 4th, 2026.

$25 Non Refundable Exhibitor Registration Fee – includes your 6 ft table, lunch, electricity (if requested)

Our local Units will arrive in groups and attend the SUMMER CAMP SHOW between 10:30 AM-1:30 PM.

Our attendees are typically Adult Unit Leadership and their key Youth Leadership,

We schedule our Units to arrive in fifteen minute time blocks- however they may

stay as long as desired to visit all booths once they are onsite. Many stay for over

an hour or more visiting all the tables. You may find potential Summer Camp Staff to recruit.

Many of our older youth –staff camps throughout the USA and and High Adventure Bases.

Local hotel information- travel- directions-local restaurants-venues- and other specific information will be sent after you register.

We can ship your materials back to your Council or Camp headquarters with pre paid addressed shipping labels/boxes.
