Camp Elmore – Overnight Sea Base Trek Units-2026 Deposits and Additional Payments

This entry payment portal is for to make payments for  2026 Campers/Users  for – – Overnight Sea Base Trek Units -BSA Groups  staying overnight at Camp Elmore or using facilities– when instructed to do so by for Camp Staff and is only to process payments for confirmed requests for 2026. Please confirm your reservation via e-mail with before making any payments.

Reservations are First Paid- First Reserved- based on our available space-facilities and  dates. 

1. Please  provide a copy of your Units current BSA Charter status with your Home Council for org your Unit covering ALL camping members of your Group to show that each are currently registered members of Scouting America- Boy Scouts of America – Check My.Scouting.org or your Council Registrar can show this info  and send it at least 30 days prior to your arrival to

3.  All overnight and Daily Non BSA Groups must have at least two (2) Adults over 21 yrs. old to camp or use the property. Including a female adult if any youth females are present.                   This is at all times while on property and they must be present supervising your group at all times in all areas campers may be. If groups separate into                smaller groups for activities then two additional adults must be with each of these smaller groups as well.

4.   All BSA Guidelines to Safe Scouting and BSA Youth Protection Guidelines   – Safe Guarding Youth must be followed and enforced by your Groups Leadership while on our properties.

5.   Your group Leadership is 100 % responsible for all actions of every one of their members while on property, including any damage caused by members. Your leadership is responsible to ensure that all participants adhere to our policies, and your leadership is responsible to enforce our policies with your own participants while on our properties.

To hold any Overnight Camping- a minimum payment of all Camping Fees as a Deposit  is required as shown below for every campers:

To hold any Program Areas or facilities in addition to camping fees they must be fully paid for in advance to make a reservation or to hold any reservation on property.

You must pay the remainder of ALL Camping Fees based on your final headcount 2 weeks prior to your arrival. We are not able to hold a campsite without deposits-payments. All Deposits count towards your total balance due for Camp Fees and will be deducted from your final balance.

To hold any facilities/pavilions/areas in addition to the Camping Fees – a minimum payment of the full rental is required. We are not able to hold facilities without payments.  .

CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS: Only paid reservations will be Confirmed Reservations. We do NOT hold any dates, space or facilities—Unless you have a Paid confirmed reservation. We do not “pencil in”  reservations based on verbal or e-mail discussions– Once Paid and Confirmed- You are RESERVED. This system helps us allocate our available camping to all Units and their schedules.

UNLESS ADVISED OTHERWISE–PLEASE MAKE ALL PAYMENTS TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO ALLOW TIME FOR OUR CAMP STAFF TO PLAN FOR YOUR GROUPS ARRIVAL-

CANCELLATIONS- REFUNDS:  All payment and deposits are fully refundable until 30 days prior to arrival with e-mailed /confirmed cancellations. There will be a Processing Charge for any refund and any associated credit card processing fees.

Cancellations less than 30 days for any/all cancellations of Groups or Members are Not Refundable.

With five days advance notice of a cancellation via e-mail to   and confirmed–up to 50% of your payments made —may be transferrable for up to 3 months within the same calendar year on available dates at the same camp.

For Day Use and reservations of all facilities,  the Day User Fee per person may also apply in addition to your facility use payments for a building, campsite or area. Inquire with the below

One Night Camping is $ 12 per person on property camping overnight.

Day Users are starting from 8 AM and may stay through your Campfire or evening Program and leave by 10 PM and may not sleep over.

After making your Overnight Camping payments or Day Use Payments on this site- please notify the below via e-mail

When returning to make your FINAL payments two weeks before your event arrival date- Please subtract any deposits paid previously- simply pay for the additional amounts owed and notify us of your FINAL PAYMENT- there are no refunds made for overpayments, for no shows, cancellations, or if you cancel due to anticipated weather.

** NOTE–The Event Date on your receipt will NOT be correct. You will ENTER your event date when prompted.** it will show up as December 2026. The date you personally enter is the date OF YOUR RESERVATION.
