Haunted Forest – STAFF Registration –

Weekend Event- October 23-25, 2026

All online registration closes on October 22nd.

Full payment is required to register

This is the site for the OA Haunted Forest STAFF to register to work at the 2026 OA Haunted Forest.

There is additionally a Staff Meal Plan option if chosen.

Meals will include 2 Breakfasts, one Lunch, one Dinner, two Crackerbarrels. You may also purchase food from the OA Heron Grill if desired.

At this event there is also the availability to seal your ties in Brotherhood– if you have been an OA Member for at least 10 months since your first Ordeal.

Non OA Members may ONLY register if they have been invited by the local OA Chapter in their District to work at this event.

Once registered- the Chapter Adviser will review all registrations and they must approve your registration before you may attend.

All persons registering to be on Staff will be under the direction and supervision of the OA Adult Chapter Leadership and they will receive work projects as assigned to carry out.

Proceeds from the OA Haunted Forest are used to assist the O-Shot-Caw Lodge in running their annual events and to help Scouts who may not be able to afford camping through the Joseph Aaron Abbott Campership Fund. The Campership pays for partial fees- allowing all Scouts to still fundraise and help pay their own way for camping.     Campership Forms will be available on January 1st, 2027.

Who can come to the OA Haunted Forest —-All are invited– All Scouts, their families, neighbors and their friends- this is a FUN Family Friendly evening

There are NO REFUNDS or Transfers if you cannot attend.

Registered Haunted Forest STAFF who determine that they are unable to attend-may substitute a different eligible

Youth Staff or Adult Staff for this event to replace the OA Member registered who cannot attend — If notification is confirmed 

with 24 hr. advance notice received by 10/21/2026 5 PM,  to  Jeanine Kinsey

There are NO TRANSFERS and NO REFUNDS for NO SHOW Campers or Evening Attendee purchases online.
