2026 Camp Elmore -Canoe Trailer- Payments

Do not use this site to make your Camping Deposit or Camping Payments  for Camp Elmore.

This entry payment portal is for to make Payment for 2026 Canoe Trailers and Canoes for off site use when

instructed to do so by for Camp Staff and is only to process requests for 2025.

Once rental is paid and approved-it can be confirmed with Camp Staff.

-The towing vehicle must be capable of towing this type canoe trailer and must have a 2”ball, and a 4 prong- electric light hook up (U-Haul style). Trailer maximum travel speed is 50 mph – you may only safely travel at 50 mph maximum even if the posted speed limit is higher.

The canoe trailer, all boats and all equipment, all tolls and any toll violations are the full responsibility of the Unit renting.

Toll violations often arrive in the mail 90 days to us after a rental occurs. You will be responsible to pay these when received by South Florida Council. at any point in the future for your associated tolls while renting.

UNLESS ADVISED OTHERWISE–PLEASE MAKE ALL PAYMENTS ONW MONTH PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO ALLOW TIME FOR OUR CAMP STAFF TO PLAN- First Paid- First Confirmed

CANCELLATIONS- REFUNDS:  All payment and deposits are fully refundable until 30 days prior to arrival with e-mailed /confirmed cancellations. Less than 30 days for any/all cancellations of Groups or Members are Not Refundable.

With 24 hr. advance notice of cancellation via e-mail to  -up to 50% of your payments made may transferrable for up to 3 months within the same calendar year on available dates at the same camp.

Please only make all Camping Requests by confirming with the below. Please notify the below person once your payment is co0mpleted.

** NOTE–The Event Date on your receipt will NOT be correct. You will ENTER your event date when prompted.** The date shown will be December 2025- your entered date is accurate.
